Sunny Bournemouth

The Sunhaven Guest House is situated on a quiet tree lined road, 150 metres from the cliff top and blue flag beach. Southbourne lies between Bournemouth and Christchurch. There is a 20 minute level Promenade walk to Boscombe Pier and the new surf reef. Bournemouth’s  Pier with all its attractions is a further 20 minutes walk away.

Southbourne Village is 500 metres away with a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. There are bus & train services within easy walking distance. Hengistbury Head Heritage centre is approx two miles away, from where you can take a ferry ride to Christchurch or Mudeford Quay where locally caught crab and lobster can be sampled. The New forest is just a ten minute drive away.

There are so many things to do with fantastic walks, sightseeing, boat trips, fishing, swimming, horse riding, cycling , golf etc but we must not forget this is also a great place to relax. From Southbourne beach you can see the Isle of Wight to the east and Swanage and Poole to the west.
