Making the payment

We accept card payment, cheque or bank transfer. All card payments will be carried out securely over the phone. Lastly, cheques must be sent back with the signed booking form (note: - payments via cheque will need to be discussed directly with the proprietor).

If bookings are made more than 56 days before your arrival date, then you need only make the deposit payment. This will consist of a refundable “damages” deposit of £150. This deposit is refunded 7days after the holiday, as long as no property is damaged or missing. In addition, a “holding” deposit of £100 per flat per week is also required to secure the booking (note: - both deposits are required for confirming the booking). Available dates will only be confirmed once payments for the deposits are received. Full payment is required fifty six days before your holiday start date. Full payment is required including the damages deposit for any bookings made within 56 days of your holiday start date.

Cancellation by you

Should you or a member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader (the person whose name and details appears on the booking form under this heading) must immediately inform us (telephone or email). In the event of a cancellation, should we be unable to re-let the accommodation, the party leader will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation. Any deposit paid (including the refundable deposit for damages) will be non refundable. We will where possible seek to alleviate the charge by re- letting the accommodation to cover as much of the cost as possible, however should this not be possible then the party leader will be responsible for the whole of the hire charge.

For Cancellations made within 7 days of anticipated arrival date, the whole of the hire charge will be non refundable. Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned. We strongly advise you to take out holiday/personal insurance to cover any eventualities that may result in you having to cancel your holiday.

Changes and cancellation by us

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation without being under an obligation to assign any reason and will accept no liability in respect of the refusal or cancellation. If we cancel a reservation already made then we shall refund all monies paid to us.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guest’s property.
